How to proceed to be more efficient together going forward ?
Holiday and business destinations have been changing these last few years, traffic flows shifting accordingly, and demand continuing to significantly grow. DSNA has developed innovative collaborative solutions to mitigate the capacity challenges it faces directly linked to this trend. These processes have thus proven to be beneficial in meeting the challenge of traffic growth in air transport but need to be taken a step further. Within the SESAR R&D and deployment framework, we have to collaboratively deliver more significant and sustainable safety and performance results in line with the Single European Sky objectives. A paradigm shift has to operate to achieve airspace solutions that will meet both airlines and ATS needs and expectations.
Agree on a collaborative consultation and decision process to deliver airspace design solutions that will drive more performance in the short, the mid and the long term.
Setting an agreed framework
- 2016 Collaborative Review
Network Manager – Airlines – DSNA
- DSNA operational implementation roadmap and SESAR R&D activity for year 2017
All presentations will be short to allow maximum feedback from the attendance.
Listening to our customers’ needs and expectations to achieve ambitious and collaborative atm solutions that will make a difference
From 1145 to 1540, participants will be divided into 3 working groups and invited to attend each of the 3 following workshops, on a rotating basis.
- Workshop 1 : Free route focus – What free route can be delivered ?
- Workshop 2 : Drawing together the Paris-Orly roadmap to improve safety & performance
- Workshop 3 : How to build collaborative airspace solutions both in en-route and terminal areas ?
An action plan to share
Conclusions of each workshop will be confronted to a representative debate panel with the objective to agree on a consistent action plan.
